Board Updates
Exciting news from Oasis Center as we continue to strengthen the leadership that guides our mission forward. I am proud to announce the appointment of Stephanie Krueger as Chair of the Board of Directors. Since joining the board in 2019, Stephanie has demonstrated a deep commitment to our work and brings both strong leadership experience and valuable community insight.
I am confident her leadership will help position Oasis Center for continued growth and greater impact in the lives of those we serve.
I also want to personally thank Randy Box for his faithful service as Board Chair over the past 12 years. His leadership has provided stability, direction, and steady progress for the organization. We are grateful that he will continue to serve as Vice Chair, ensuring continuity and trusted guidance during this transition.
We are also excited to welcome three new board members and two new Advisory Board members. Each brings unique expertise, fresh perspective, and a shared passion for transforming lives. Their willingness to serve reflects not only strong leadership but a growing belief in the importance of our mission and the work happening at Oasis Center.
Strong governance is critical to lasting impact. A committed and engaged board provides the oversight, accountability, and strategic direction needed to serve our community well. With this strengthened leadership team in place, we are well-positioned to deepen our impact, expand our reach, and continue creating meaningful, lasting change.

A Life-Changing April

April was a meaningful and impactful month at The Oasis Center as we continued equipping and empowering those we serve through education and community support.
We were proud to celebrate a major milestone with our graduation for students who completed the DLF Class in partnership with Dallas College and Dallas Leadership Foundation. This achievement represents not only hard work and dedication, but also a step forward toward greater opportunity and personal growth.
In addition to celebrating our graduates, we continued offering valuable resources through our Financial Literacy course with our AIM Court partnership, helping individuals build practical skills for long-term stability and success.
We also had the privilege of hosting Men of Nehemiah, whose involvement brought encouragement, accountability, and inspiration to those on their journey toward transformation.
We are grateful to see lives being impacted and strengthened through these programs, and we look forward to all that’s ahead.
