Celebrating Success and Second Chances

Explore the impact of OASIS Center through photos, videos, and media resources. See our participants building skills, celebrating achievements, and transforming their lives. These visual stories capture our mission of empowering individuals to become self-sufficient, productive members of the community.

The speaker advocates for rehabilitation over permanent incarceration, emphasizing the value of helping people become contributing members of society rather than keeping them locked up indefinitely.

For 24 years, OASIS Center has been transforming lives and strengthening our community. When you support OASIS, you're not just investing in our organization—you're investing in the future of our neighbors, families, and the entire community. As we expand our reach through new partnerships and programs, we cannot continue this vital work without your support.

OASIS Center provides practical skills training to help marginalized populations (especially the unemployed, underemployed, and formerly incarcerated) overcome barriers and achieve financial independence through earning a living wage.

At OASIS Center, we believe everyone deserves a second chance. Founded by Dr. Michael Lee, we focus on job readiness, financial literacy, and life skills for the unemployed, underemployed, and returning citizens. Our participants often arrive anxious after months of unsuccessful job searching, but through practical education and genuine support, we help them earn a living wage and become self-sufficient. Led by CEO Obie Bussey and dedicated staff like Ruth Burton, we remind our students that their past doesn't define their future. The transformation goes beyond individuals—our graduates inspire their families, with many becoming business owners and entrepreneurs. At OASIS, we don't just offer programs; we offer hope and the tools to build better futures.
