Our Community Partnerships

To expand access and increase impact, we collaborate with a network of trusted partners across the region. These include Dallas College, First United Bank, workforce development agencies, and community-based organizations.

Through these partnerships, we deliver high-quality, relevant training and wraparound support tailored to the unique needs and lived experiences of the individuals we serve. Together, we are equipping our participants with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to build more stable and hopeful futures. We also work directly with select incarceration facilities to provide in-unit programs that equip incarcerated individuals with the tools and skills needed for successful reentry and long-term success
